Seamless CRM Consolidation and Data Migration

Mole Street migrated ZEF Energy from Copper CRM to HubSpot Enterprise through a phased, disruption-free process. All historical contact, company, and deal data was audited, mapped, and transferred with full relational integrity, laying the foundation for a unified, scalable CRM.

Full-Funnel HubSpot Implementation

HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs were tailored to fit ZEF Energy’s sales model, with custom deal stages, automated workflows, and marketing assets built to support engagement. Internal processes were optimized to improve nurturing, forecasting, and conversion efficiency.

Bi-Directional ERP Integration

A custom integration between HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central, powered by IntegrateHQ, enabled seamless data flow across the customer lifecycle. Deal records automatically generated ERP quotes and sales orders, while invoices and shipping updates synced back to HubSpot. This gave sales full visibility in real time.

Advanced Reporting and Real-Time Insights

Mole Street built a robust reporting ecosystem inside HubSpot, including 90 custom reports and 8 dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership. ZEF gained real-time clarity into pipeline velocity, revenue forecasting, and performance metrics.
