The Challenge
As a global association serving members in nearly every country, GARP faced mounting complexity in managing communications, website content, and CRM operations. Their legacy systems (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a hard-coded Angular website) created silos, slowed campaign execution, and required constant IT involvement.
GARP needed a scalable solution that empowered marketing teams, unified data, and eliminated reliance on technical resources.
Fragmented Systems and Disconnected Data
GARP’s Salesforce environment was highly customized, with data and campaigns split across multiple systems. Teams lacked unified visibility into members’ journeys and struggled to maintain consistency across channels.
Developer Dependency Limited Agility
Routine website or email updates required IT intervention. This dependency slowed marketing campaigns and hindered the organization’s ability to communicate quickly with members worldwide.
Complex Migration Requirements
With millions of records, dozens of data objects, and a deeply customized SFMC instance, GARP’s migration demanded careful orchestration, advanced automation, and collaboration between multiple technical teams.
Scalability and Team Enablement
GARP needed a system that allowed teams to manage campaigns, workflows, and content autonomously — without relying on developers or administrators.

The Solution
Mole Street worked closely with GARP’s CIO and senior marketing leaders to deliver a full-scale transformation. The project unified GARP’s CRM, marketing automation, and website within the HubSpot Enterprise CRM Suite.
Three workstreams ran in parallel, bringing together IT, marketing, and membership under one strategy.
CRM Migration and Data Architecture
Mole Street led a complex migration from Salesforce to HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and continuity across more than one million global member records. The team mapped standard and custom objects, preserved data relationships through a custom field architecture, and enabled real-time sync between systems.
Marketing Automation and Personalization
To empower GARP’s global marketing team, Mole Street rebuilt Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys directly inside HubSpot. Email templates, lists, and workflows were fully recreated, IP warming was executed, and ongoing reliance on specialized SFMC administrators was eliminated.
Website Migration to HubSpot CMS Enterprise
GARP’s hard-coded Angular site was fully replatformed into HubSpot CMS Enterprise, unlocking marketing ownership of content and campaigns. Thousands of pages, content hubs, modules, and data assets were rebuilt. This removed IT bottlenecks and enabled global content management at scale.
Reporting and Analytics
Custom dashboards, attribution reporting, and connected data views gave leadership clear, real-time visibility into marketing performance, membership activity, and revenue impact — creating alignment across teams and enabling confident decision-making.
