1. How would you sum up your expertise?

As an Implementation Specialist, I design and develop solutions within HubSpot tailored to each client's specific business needs, especially in marketing and sales.

With over four years of experience in the HubSpot ecosystem, I've worked both as a hands-on implementer and a team leader, giving me a comprehensive view of tackling complex projects. I enjoy the technical aspects of creating workflows, automations, and data structures while also keeping in mind how these components work together to produce tangible results.

What I find most rewarding about implementation is that each project is unique. There's always a new challenge, which makes the work engaging.

2. What type of work do you lead at Mole Street?
I focus on HubSpot implementations across marketing and sales—this includes building reports, auditing workflows and portals, setting up email campaigns, and handling CRM migrations. Each project requires a tailored approach depending on the client's needs and existing setup.

3. What types of clients do you support the most?
I work with clients who need to optimize, audit, or migrate their HubSpot setup. They typically have processes across marketing and sales that require thoughtful technical solutions—whether that's cleaning up existing workflows, setting up new automations, or transitioning from another CRM.

4. What is a current project you're working on?
I'm about to initiate a CRM migration project to assist a client in transitioning from their current CRM to HubSpot. This involves migrating email templates, analyzing their data segmentation for email campaigns, and maintaining the continuity of their marketing campaigns through February. It's a project that requires careful planning to make sure nothing breaks during the transition

5. What do you enjoy most about your work?
That no two projects are ever the same, there's always a new challenge, a different client need, or something I haven't done before. The work never becomes mechanical or repetitive, and that keeps me engaged and constantly learning.

6. What is your superpower?
I'd say it's a combination of things: I'm resilient and ambitious, and when I fall behind, I find a way to catch up. I don't give up easily, even when things get challenging. I also have a strong eye for detail in QA work; I'm good at spotting errors and inconsistencies in others' work. And on the people side, I connect well with others; my approachable nature helps build trust with both teammates and clients.

7. What's one Mole Street value that has special meaning to you? Why?

Grit resonates with me the most. I've been intentionally building discipline in my personal life, showing up every day even when it's hard, and I bring that same mindset to my work. When things get tough, I don't quit. I push through and find a way forward.

8. What's inspiring you now?
I've been intentionally building discipline in my personal life through daily exercise, and it's been inspiring to see how that mindset carries over into my work. Showing up every day, even when it's hard, has taught me a lot about consistency and resilience.

9. What is one fun fact about you?
I play squash on weekends. I've been learning for about a year, and I love it. I also used to take tango lessons, and every morning I walk my dog Buono (his name means "good" in Italian) while listening to Jay Shetty's podcast.

10. Where can we catch more of your expertise?
You can connect with me on LinkedIn. I'm always happy to chat about HubSpot, implementations, or anything marketing- and sales-related.
