10 Questions With Tony King

What type of work do you lead at Mole Street?

As a Solutions Architect at Mole Street, I help companies implement HubSpot and integrate their systems so data flows seamlessly across their organization, making it accessible, actionable, and ultimately useful for the people who need it most.

What types of clients do you support the most?

I work across verticals, but I spend a lot of time with accounting and professional services firms, financial services organizations like banks and credit unions, and travel and hospitality companies. Each brings its own data complexity, which keeps things interesting.

What is a current project you're working on?

I'm currently building automations inside Claude Cowork that our team can use to work smarter and more efficiently.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

Two things. First, the in-person moments. There's nothing quite like face-to-face collaboration and the travel that comes with it. Second, the satisfaction of helping companies untangle their data. When you help a business unlock information they already have and connect it to real revenue growth, that's genuinely rewarding.

What is your superpower?

Simplifying complexity. Whether it's a convoluted integration, a messy data architecture, or a process no one has been able to explain clearly, I can take it apart and put it back together in a way that's easy for anyone to understand and act on.

What's one Mole Street value that has special meaning to you? Why?

Curiosity. I've spent most of my career intentionally honing this skill, and it's the first thing I tell newer sales reps: be genuinely curious about your prospect's business and their problems. There's a real difference between genuine and performative curiosity, and your prospects can absolutely sense it. It's not a tactic. It's a mindset.

What's inspiring you now?

My wife. She manages the chaos of three young kids, school pickups, schedules, and everything in between every single day. Watching her do that with grace is honestly more inspiring than any book or podcast I could recommend.

What is one fun fact about you?

I'm a self-proclaimed lawn nerd. I take serious pride in my grass and am constantly chasing that perfect lawn. If you ever want to go down that rabbit hole, please reach out. I could talk about it all day.

Where can we catch more of your expertise?

Find me on LinkedIn. I'm actively working on showing up there more consistently. You can also catch me at various industry conferences throughout the year. And honestly, feel free to reach out directly about anything. I'm always happy to connect.
