10 Questions With Harry Maule

How would you sum up your expertise?

I’d describe myself as a full-stack B2B marketer specialising in the tech space. I started out as a copywriter and, over time, have evolved into a more holistic marketer—focusing not just on conversions, but on the entire marketing funnel.

What type of work do you lead at Mole Street?

I lead a wide range of marketing work at Mole Street, from strategy through to execution. This includes building full-funnel campaigns, developing conversion-optimised landing pages, and creating sales assets, website pages, blogs, and case studies.

Any copy you see on the website, it will probably be from me.

What types of clients do you support the most?

I only focus on Mole Street.

What is a current project you're working on?

Right now the big one is promoting our ROI calculator. I think it’s a fantastic tool that Javier has created, and I’m excited to push it out into the ether.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I’m particularly interested in building and optimising different funnels, and seeing how leads from various niches respond to our campaigns. Understanding how to effectively guide leads through the funnel is something I find genuinely fascinating. I get a real kick out of it.

What is your superpower?

Being understood despite my Scottish accent. Many have tried. Few have succeeded.

What's one Mole Street value that has special meaning to you? Why?

Hmm that’s a hard one. I’m a curious cat so curiosity is one that resonates with me - I love learning. Grit is another - a characteristic I’ve learned through playing rugby, football, and boxing. Let’s go with Grit.

What's inspiring you now?

Scott McTominay’s overhead kick vs Denmark? Scotland possibly winning the World Cup?

But on a day-to-day basis, I’d say seeing the collective hard work from other Moles. It’s inspiring to see how everyone shows up, supports each other, and consistently raises the bar. It pushes me to do the same.

What is one fun fact about you?

I’m a bit of a nomad. I’ve lived in Durban, Madrid, Barcelona, and Ho Chi Minh City over the past 10 years.
