Mission:

The Senior HubSpot Consultant is responsible for owning a set of client relationships, consulting on strategies to implement HubSpot technologies, managing project plans and aligning teams to execute on work. In a new business capacity, you will help to close clients in the final stages of pitch, upsell current clients and retain clients. You will cultivate your team and play a role in hiring HubSpot Consultants, Marketing Implementation Specialists and other roles as created within this department. Your mission as Senior HubSpot Consultant is to build and maintain relationships, advise and deliver well, and create clarity for clients and internal teams, aiding in the growth of Mole Street to the top premier HubSpot Consulting firm globally.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Three main disciplines are critical to success for the Implementation Team Lead. The ability to:

  • Account Management: Delight client with clarity and proactive communication, ensuring the highest standards of quality of Technical HubSpot implementation services 
  • Project Management: Detailed and consistent management of projects and resource plans to ensure the team to meet utilization goals, and excel in execution on budget and on time
  • Business Strategy: Solution engineering to support business initiatives, looking forward at the big picture, upselling

Account Management

  • Hold planning meetings for Implementation in HubSpot, setting frameworks and standards and managing quality through to delivery of the work
  • Execute on high level HubSpot Implementation services 
  • Ensure strategy and technical road maps are clear for team and clients, and influence new ideas and initiatives with the team for continued engagement and expansio
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders on the client-side and oversee account strategy and relationship management from a technical perspective
  • Oversee reporting and insights on data and work completed, ensuring effective delivery of results internally and externally to clients
  • Ensure performance standards are met or exceeded for our clients on all migration and implementations in HubSpot
  • Delight clients with clear and consistent communications, proactively

Project Management

  • Create and manage detailed project plans for all your client work, in our project management software
  • Plan and usher your team’s time to ensure execution towards utilization
  • Delegate and follow up internally and externally as needed to complete the work. 
  • Remove roadblocks to tasks and support your team in creating more efficiency towards their work

Business Strategy

  • Conduct and organize the big picture for a project or set of projects, making sure the client and Mole Street team is always aligned on the long term and short term goals in concert
  • Identify upsell opportunities and create scopes that will continue to add value to the clients you manage, selling through
  • Aid in developing technical scopes in pre-sales if requested
  • Own solution engineering, discovery and execution post-sales - ability to bring in the right people to support these efforts
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders on the client-side and oversee account strategy and relationship management from a technical perspective

Admin

  • Daily huddle attendance - 9:32-9:47 daily
  • Weekly account meeting attendance - 10:30am-11:00am Mondays
  • Weekly Consulting Department meeting attendance
  • Availability on email, Slack, Zoom, and phone during working hours for connects with team and client as needed
  • Work on special projects including Mole Street marketing and other ops related admin projects as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working in a software or technology consulting environment 
  • 5 years + of hands-on HubSpot experience, leading projects to implement solutions across all active hubs
  • Understanding of all 5 Hubs
  • HubSpot certifications are a big plus
