For this role, we are looking for a seasoned HubSpot Marketing professional with a Consulting background. A deep understanding and experience in both sales and marketing, and an innate ability to make the two talk to one another utilizing HubSpot’s technology. A self-motivated and independent thinker with inherent understanding of branding and tone of voice, and a quick wit, the ideal candidate is business minded, well-organized and an excellent communicator. 

As Senior HubSpot Consultant, you will be responsible for leading high level consulting client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact and main strategist for the account. You will be coupled with a Marketing Implementation Specialist and have access to other colleagues to execute on planned work within HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub. You will be required to advance your knowledge by acquiring and maintaining HubSpot Certifications and will play a role in client expansion, suggesting software upgrades, project plans and overall strategy to deliver in collaboration with your team.

Day To Day

  • Analyze integration opportunities, prescribe and engineer solutions
  • Plan and implement on CRM and database migrations and assessments with your team
  • HubSpot On-boarding and client adoption 
  • HubSpot Training
  • Consultation and driving better adoption in Marketing/Sales/Service/Ops/CMS Hubs
  • Creating upsell opportunities within the department 
  • Meet with clients and uncover priorities, set goals and build action plans for sales and marketing initiatives 
  • Contact list organization and segmentation in HubSpot
  • CRM and sales process consultation and management
  • Design, build and showcase reports in HubSpot 
  • Billing based on client work completed
  • Support the hiring of a team of HubSpot consultants to service clients as the dept. Grows
  • Build high level relationships with key clients and nurture
  • Supporting pitches for new business efforts, RFP responses and prospect research
  • Expand business for current clients by developing direct relationships with current clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot and implement lead scoring
  • Executing industry research, keyword research and instilling best practices for marketing based on our targeted industries
  • Building sequences, for large scale reach out
  • Ensure excellence in execution and push teams to innovation
  • Work hand in hand with Marketing Implementation specialists to create action plans and execute
  • Process improvement for HubSpot related activities

Experience and Requirements:

  • Experience working in a consulting environment within the marketing industry
  • 5 years + of hands on HubSpot experience, leading projects to implement solutions across all active hubs
  • HubSpot certifications a plus
