About Hopeworks

Hopeworks is an award-winning nonprofit with a focus on skill development, real-world job experience, and trauma-informed care for young adults who want to build professional web design and development skills.

Mole Street donates a percentage of our annual revenue to Hopeworks, with the long-term intention of expanding the relationship to include internship programs, job training, and greater mentorship opportunities for Hopeworks' participants.

Hopeworks’ Mission

The team at Hopeworks partners with people, ages 17 to 26, to help them get back in school, earn permanent jobs, and achieve their highest potential. Through a combination of education, technology, and entrepreneurship these young adults are able to secure long-term, living wage careers that put them on a path to healing and financial stability.

Mole Street + Hopeworks

In 2015, Mole Street's (former) experiential marketing department was tasked with producing Hopeworks' first-ever Philadelphia-based fundraiser.

The Mole Street team supported executive production of the event concept and sourcing the venue, as well as coordinating VIP guests, catering, and entertainment. It was at this landmark event that Mole Street’s Principals learned about the transformational impact the Hopeworks organization was having in one of the most economically disadvantaged cities in the United States — Camden, New Jersey.

It was through producing this event that seeds were planted in what would become a multi-year financial commitment.
