Job Description:

Mole Street is looking for a Digital Account Manager to lead client communications and manage the execution of digital marketing and web-based deliverables for Mole Street’s clients. We are looking for a candidate who has HubSpot experience and is creative, articulate, and ready to work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. A deep understanding of marketing automation with 3 years of experience in the industry working directly with digital marketing and web clients is a must.


  • Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing, advertising, creative writing or business
  • A strong working knowledge of HubSpot and managing marketing automation campaigns
  • Minimum of 3 years of full time experience at a digital marketing agency
  • Experience in leading clients and internal teams in complex digital marketing projects and website builds
  • Current understanding of paid Social Media marketing platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn with experience analyzing and presenting results to clients
  • Current understanding of SEM (GDN, Adwords, Bing) with experience analyzing and presenting results to clients
  • Excellent persuasive writing and editing skills
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and content marketing
  • High level understanding of WordPress CMS with ability to input and update web content for digital
  • Experience in writing, presenting and executing strategic digital marketing plans
  • Expertise in analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data for all digital marketing channels and tools including; Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, CallRail, SEO tools
  • Experience in presenting campaign results directly to the client

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Client Communication:

  • Lead communications with Mole Street digital marketing and web clients, ensuring clear communications regarding deliverables, timelines, status updates
  • Communicate with clients in real time during office hours and
  • For after-hours communication, respond within 12 hours or sooner

Client Confidence:

  • You are bottom-line responsible for client confidence
  • Lead weekly calls and meetings with clients as needed to build trust and execute on the job
  • Communicate status updates to all clients, explaining digital/web progress
  • Oversee the delivery of monthly data reports
  • Ensure that clients feel confident and supported at all times

Quality Assurance:

  • Review creative deliverables and strategy documents to ensure that all of the client’s requests have been accounted for prior to sharing the creative content with the client

Project Management:

  • Manage the creative team and hold accountable to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in digital/web projects according to agreed upon specifications and timeline
  • Create timelines for clients with internal milestones
  • Lead weekly calls and meetings internally with Mole Street team to ensure forward progress


  • Estimate job costing and budgeting for digital and web projects
  • Share live budgets with the client
  • Process payables/receivables with Mole Street finance department

Standard Operating Procedures:

  • Assist in creating better systems and process at Mole Street in the digital/web department
  • Research task management tools
  • Optimize Mole Street’s processes

Business Development:

  • Support new business opportunities, pitches, RFP responses and prospecting when requested; aiding with deck creation and in-person sales presentations
  • Attend conferences, trade shows or other industry events on behalf of Mole Street
  • Approach new and existing clients with a business development mindset, assisting in efforts to grow current accounts and intro new ones
