Role: Director of HubSpot Consulting

As Director of HubSpot Consulting, you will be responsible for building, managing and growing the HubSpot Consulting service line at Mole Street. You will be given P&L responsibility, close enterprise clients in the final stages of pitch, upsell current clients and retain clients on the revenue side, as well as manage and hire for HubSpot Consultants and Implementation Specialists and other roles on the delivery side. You will have a team of direct reports and be responsible for coaching and leading them forward within client engagements. Additionally, you will be responsible for high level strategy on mid market and enterprise clients directly billing a portion of your time.

Development of Mole Street’s HubSpot Services Department

  • Support recruiting activities, interviewing and hiring for HubSpot Consultants and Marketing Implementation Specialists 
  • Creation of HubSpot Training program
  • Consultation and driving better adoption in Marketing/Sales/Service/Ops/CMS Hubs
  • Process improvement for HubSpot related activities 
  • Creating upsell opportunities within the department
  • Designing and engineering strategy for high level client engagements
  • Optimizing internal processes to create self sufficient teams that can run engagements from kick off through to billing direct to client, building business units in teams of two
  • Ideation and strategy for marketing campaigns to execute for Mole Street in order to continue to build lead funnel within HubSpot Consulting Service line
  • Maintain relationships at HubSpot and build new ones in order to expand referral sources to supercharge growth

HubSpot Consulting, Sales Enablement & Automation Implementation

  • Discovery and planning for complex integration, HubSpot adoption, Sales Enablement, executive alignment
  • Set clear metrics and goals with clients and internal team and monitor the progress against these metrics 
  • Meet with clients and uncover priorities, set goals and build action plans for sales and marketing initiatives 
  • Design showcase reports in HubSpot at key engagement points
  • Build high level relationships with key clients and nurture
  • Supporting pitches for new business efforts, RFP responses and prospect research
  • Expand business for current clients by developing direct relationships with current clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot and implement lead scoring
  • Executing industry research, keyword research and instilling best practices for marketing based on our targeted industries
  • Supporting client on-boarding strategy sessions
  • Building sequence and workflow strategy, for large scale reachout
  • Ensure excellence in execution and push teams to innovation
