Meet Tabitha Young, Senior Consultant at Mole Street. She leads cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-focused revenue operations in HubSpot. Her work spans CRM migrations, lead scoring, and marketing automation, all designed to align marketing and sales.

With more than 15 years of experience across finance, higher education, SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, and senior living, Tabitha combines strategic empathy with Mole Street grit to turn complex systems into intuitive, conversion-ready experiences.

1. How would you sum up your expertise?

I’m a client strategy leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations navigate digital transformation. My sweet spot is connecting business goals to smart marketing and technology solutions (especially through HubSpot.) I love finding ways to make complex systems simple, scalable, and successful for my clients.

 

2. What type of work do you lead at Mole Street? 

As a Senior Consultant, I guide clients through strategic initiatives like HubSpot CRM migrations, lead scoring frameworks, and marketing automation. My goal is to make sure every tool and process works toward a stronger customer experience and measurable business growth.

 

3. What types of clients do you support the most?

Currently, I’m working closely with clients in finance and higher education, but my background spans several industries: from SaaS and healthcare to manufacturing and senior living. I enjoy translating what works in one industry into creative solutions for another.

 

4. What is a current project you’re working on?

Many of my clients are focused on improving lead scoring and CRM structure. I’m helping teams migrate their data into HubSpot and build scalable systems that make it easier to track engagement, qualify leads, and align marketing with sales. It’s exciting to see how a well-built CRM can change the way a business operates.

 

5. What do you enjoy most about your work?

I love seeing the moment when a client “gets it” — when the technology clicks and they realize how much easier their day-to-day tasks just became. Helping people work smarter, not harder, is really rewarding. Plus, every project teaches me something new.

 

6. What is your superpower?

Strategic empathy. I have a knack for understanding both the client’s goals and their challenges, and then turning that insight into clear, actionable strategies. It helps me build trust quickly and deliver results that actually move the needle.

 

7. What’s one Mole Street value that has special meaning to you? Why?

Definitely Grit. Sometimes it means digging in and doing the hard, detailed work — other times it’s about lifting others up and helping the team push through. I think grit shows up in the moments no one sees — the behind-the-scenes problem-solving that turns a challenge into a win.

 

8. What’s inspiring you now?

Traveling! Experiencing different cultures, languages, and ways of life reminds me how much creativity and beauty there is in the world. It keeps me curious and gives me fresh perspectives to bring into my daily life, including work.

 

9. What is one fun fact about you?

I’m an avid granny-hobby enthusiast. Reading, needlepoint, and gardening are my happy places. There’s something meditative about creating something with your hands or watching something grow.
