I am a multi-disciplinary designer with a strong focus on UX and branding. I am experienced in weaving visual and product designs together to build durable and well-branded digital systems. I come from the world of fine art and textile design and will always refer to it in my UX and digital design work.
I am the Manager, Creative. I lead a team of outstanding designers helping them to strategically and thoughtfully create user experiences for our clients. I pinch hit as a UX strategist and support them on client deliverables, but try to stay behind the scenes crafting design system documentation for our designers and developers to build and scale concepts efficiently.
I support our website and portal clients primarily, helping to build accessible and beautiful digital ecosystems for their users and content.
I’m currently working on a top-secret refresh of the Mole Street Website and Brand with the marketing and leadership teams! 👀
The people at Mole Street are some of the funniest and most sincere folks I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Everyone is here to do their best work, and their enthusiasm to deliver excellent results is contagious.
Meeting folks where they are. I work to bridge the space between colleagues who are specialists in different areas. How might we find a shared language to get the work done efficiently and effectively?
Authenticity. I work to be as transparent and upfront with my colleagues and clients as possible. Keeping lines of communication clear and concise can make all the difference in how people perceive themselves and their work, usually for the better.
I’m dreaming of redesigning my apartment, and so I have been looking to the greatest hits of 20th century furniture design- especially the 1940’s - 1950’s in Brazil. Joaquim Tenreiro is a personal favorite, his nuanced sense of balance and penchant for raw materials are a recurring source of inspiration for me. Simplicity without sacrificing sophistication.
I was a semi-professional ballerina for 15 years! My toes still carry the scars.
I’m pretty social media shy (read silent), but you know i'm on LinkedIn!
