Heritage Wine Festival

The Challenge

In 2015, Heritage Vineyards’ goals were to increase attendance from 4,500 to 6,000 over the course of the 2-day festival and raise the bar on the annual wine festival with 8 wineries instead of two. Our challenge was to come up with branding, digital marketing and an onsite experience that would bring back last year’s guests and draw additional attendees from a wider geography including Philadelphia.

Our Approach

We started with a complete rebrand—logo, website, sponsorship package—and executed a 4-month email and social media marketing campaign to promote the festival. We also introduced notable local celebrities as daily hosts and upgraded the entertainment to draw additional crowds

We consulted the client on ways to make the onsite experience more premium with an exclusive 250-person VIP tent in the vines, 6 quality live music performances on the main stage and acoustic acts in the Beer & Blues Tent.

Results

7,000 total attendance in 2015 (4,500 in 2014)

Early Bird tickets sold out within 3 weeks.
Saturday tickets sold out 1 full month in advance.

400 VIP tickets sold increased ticket sales revenue by 10%
